Aching Disappointment for VIP Ticket Holders

It wasn’t just a one-off case. Several fans who had booked the premium package, expecting an uninterrupted view of the stage, experienced similar disappointment. The premium package promised an exceptional experience, including 'unforgettable seats' and branded merchandise. However, the organizer, AXS, and its sister company, AEG Presents, were criticised for not disclosing that these 'unforgettable seats' would come with a restricted view, a fact that should have been made clear at the time of ticket purchase.

Concert-goers Demand Transparency

Seat pricing usually factors in the visibility offered, and seats with restricted views are priced lower and clearly labelled. However, unhappy fans report that they unknowingly paid a premium for seats that offered a restricted view due to stage equipment and structural set-ups. Frustrated concert-goers are now demanding transparency and an explanation for why premium prices were charged for seats that delivered a less-than-premium experience. The company has yet to respond conclusively to these claims.
